Market Sounding tends to develop when the Implementation Project is finished. G&O's activity for this phase is characterised by the actions described in the following work plan:

➡ Private Consultation Programme:

Obtaining written documents,drawings and measurements;

Development of the sounding programme.

‍➡ List of companies to sound:

Validation and technical and economic accreditation of the companies to be sounded;

Contacts expected to accept invitation.

➡ Market Sounding:

Formulation of invitation letter;

Visit to the site, request and provision of clarification;

Reception, analysis and comparative map of proposals.

➡ Preparation of preliminary report analysing the proposals:

Meeting and negotiation toprepare the final report;

Issuance of final report and decision making;

Signature of the Works Contract;

Work Consignment Notice.
